Day 1 Arrival  Oct 24th.
Free Day, recover from travel 
 
Day 2 Accra CITY TOUR 
Oct 25th 
 
After breakfast leave for Accra City tour driving through the principal streets of Accra to the Du Bois center for Pan African culture for a guided tour into the life of Dr Du Bois a leading member of NAACP and his wife Shirley.
 We continue to the national museum for another guided tour where we will see on display a collection of pre historic to contemporary artifacts. Depart the national museum driving through old Accra James town for sight and sound of the Boxing capital of Ghana arriving at the Kwame Nkrumah museum the third and final burial place of the first president of the republic Ghana and a guided into the life of the first president of the republic Ghana and a great Pan Africanist who fought not only for Ghana’s independent but whole of Africa and black people everywhere. We make a shopping stop at the arts center for shopping in locally produced goods and crafts. 
Leave the arts center for the independence square where we hold our national anniversaries and walk through the black star gate we return to the hotel via the wonderful casket makers of Accra.

Day 3  ACCRA – NKYINKYIM  
Oct 26th. 
 
Today we drive to Akoto Banfos nkyinkyim museum where he uses sculptures heads to tell the story of the slave trade in that part of the country  we return to Accra for overnight 
 
Day 4  ACCRA – CAPE COAST 
Oct 27th 
 
Depart Accra for Cape coast driving through farming and fishing communities arriving at the Elmina castle for a guided tour where will tour the infamous dungeons and have a first hand experience of the Trans Atlantic Slave trade and also learn about the forced  mistresses of the governors. Check into your hotel for overnight

Day 5  CAPE COAST- HERITAGE TOUR Oct 28th. 
 
We will visit the British built Cape coast castle for another guided tour where we will go through the door of no return will return through same door which our ancestors could not do. Spend the rest of the day at the beach relaxing. Overnight in Cape coast 
 
Day 6     CAPE COAST – KUMASI 
Oct 29th 
 
Today we will say good bye to the central region and head to Kumasi the unofficial cultural capital of Ghana via the Assin Manso slave river site for the guided tour where the captives had their last bath and first branding which also serve as one of the largest slave markets in the south. Learn about Samuel Carson and crystal who were reburied at the ancestral grave yard. We continue to Kumasi arriving early evening for check in and overnight 
 
Day 7   KUMASI CITY TOUR 
Oct 30th
 
After breakfast leave for Prempeh ll museum for a guided tour into Ashanti history and culture also see the fake golden stool that was given to the British. Learn about the famous queen mother Nana Yaa Asantewaa.
We continue our tour to the site of the famous sword planted  by the legendary fetishist priest and also learn about the foundation of the Ashanti empire. 
We depart to the seat of the Ashanti kingdom
Manyiah Palace  museum where we will come face to face with rare royal  paraphernalias use by the various Ashanti kings and effigies of past Ashanti kings and queens and also learn about the history of the Ashanti people. We return to our hotel for overnight 
 
Day 8  KUMASI  – CRAFT VILLAGES back to Accra for departure. 
Oct 31st 
 
Leave for the craft villages of Bonwire for Kente weaving learn about the origin of this famous Ghanaian cloth which is woven on looms u will have the chance to learn or try your hands on weaving the famous cloth.

ITINERARY

 Arrival – Cairo
Upon arrival to Cairo, You’ll be met by the representative in Cairo and assisted with visa and customs formalities. Proceed to check in to your hotel.
 
Day 1 
Cairo (Pyramids, Sakkara, and Memphis)
After breakfast your private Egyptologist tour guide and driver will pick you up and start your tour. Drive to Giza and visit the Pyramids. 
See the Great Pyramid, a royal burial chamber and the Sphinx. 
 
Continue to Memphis, capital of the pharaohs during the Old Kingdom. 
Visit the recumbent statue of Ramses II and the 80-ton alabaster sphinx. 
Lunch en route; Continue to Sakkara to see the prototype of the Pyramids, the Step Pyramid, built for the 3rd Dynasty pharaoh Djoser by the exalted architect Imhotep. 
Back to the hotel, overnight.

Day 2
 Cairo (Egyptian Museum, Citadel, Old Cairo, Khan El Khalily)
After breakfast visit the Egyptian Museum, this houses a magnificent collection of Pharaonic antiquities, especially the golden treasures of Tut Ankh Amun. Lunch en route.
 
In the afternoon you will proceed to Old Cairo to visit the citadel of Salah El Din, and the Mohammed Ali Mosque situated high above the city, Continue to visit the Church of Abu Serga, Moallaqa Church (Hanging Church) and Ben Ezra Synagogue, the oldest Jewish synagogue in Egypt. Overnight at hotel.

 Day 3
Cairo /Aswan 
Breakfast, transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Aswan, upon arrival you will be met by representative and start a tour of Aswan High Dam, Egypt’s modern example of building on a monumental scale. Continue by a short motor-boat ride to the Temple of Philae on the island of Agilka. 
The temple was dedicated to Isis, sister/wife of Osiris and patroness of the Ptolemaic rule

Day 4
 Nile cruise (Kom Ombo temple)
Breakfast, sail to Kom Ombo where you will visit the Sobek Temple, dedicated to the two gods, which offers beautiful murals and reliefs. Lunch on board. Sail to Edfu, Dinner and overnight in Edfu.

Day 5
Nile Cruise (Edfu temple – Karnak and Luxor temples)
After breakfast, Set out by horse-drawn carriage to visit the Temple of Horus, the largest and most perfectly preserved of all the Nile temples. Horus, also known as Haroeris, was the falcon-headed solar war god. Back to cruise, lunch on board, sail to Esna. Cross the lock of Esna.
 
Visit the great Luxor Temple and the magnificent Karnak Temple of Amun with its famous Hypostyle Hall and the 134 huge columns, the Statue of Ramses II, the Obelisk of Queen Hatshepsut and the Sacred Lake… Dinner and overnight on board

Day 6
 Luxor (Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut, Memnon)/ Hurghada
Breakfast, disembarkation, cross to the West Bank of the Nile and visit the wondrous Valley of the Kings, a vast city of the dead, where the magnificent tombs of 62 pharaohs have been discovered. The tombs were carved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated and filled with treasures for the afterlife of the pharaohs.
 
Next, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. This beautiful monument to the reign of the only female pharaoh rises out of the desert plain in a series of terraces and merges with the sheer limestone cliffs that surround it.  On the way back stop at the famed Colossi of Memnon. These colossal statues were known by the ancient Greeks to emit haunting voices at dawn. Though damaged by nature and ancient tourists, the statues are still impressive, back to your cruise for Lunch, transfer to Hurghada with air conditioned private bus. Check in to your hotel, dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 7 & 8 
Hurghada Snorkeling on safari trips, 
Breakfast, relax and enjoy the red sea, dinner and overnight

Day 9
 Hurghada/ Cairo – Final departure
Breakfast, disembarkation. Flight back to Cairo, connection for your final departure.
